User Project Submissions & Image Ownership

By submitting or uploading any images, photographs, or project details (“Content”) to Fireborn Finishes through our website or submission forms, you explicitly agree to the following:

• Transfer of Ownership: You relinquish any and all ownership, control, and intellectual property rights over the Content.
• Grant of Rights: You grant Fireborn Finishes an absolute, irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, modify, and display the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and commercial use.
• No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will receive no financial compensation or further notification regarding the use of your submitted Content.

The Guild

Guild Members may receive benefits including early access to products and pre-order opportunities.
